How it works?

How do I tell customers to give me a smiley rating?

Step 1: Open Camera app

Step 2: Hover camera over the QR code

Step 3: Tap on the notification displayed on the screen (usually on top or bottom)

Step 4: Chose a smiley!

Do customers need to install any app to use SmileTrack?

No. SmileTrack is a web-app. The feedback page they open when scanning QR code is a website which means all they need is a camera and working internet connection and that's it!

How do I avoid bad reviews on sites like Google, Yelp, etc with SmileTrack?

Place the QR code on your cash register, front desk or your door and ask your customers to scan it and give feedback. When a positive feedback comes in, your customer is prompted to post them on reviews sites like Google, Yelp.. but when a negative review comes in, it asks for more information so you can address it privately before it reaches masses. This also helps you create recurring business by turning this crisis into an opportunity!

Where can I use SmileTrack?

Literally everywhere. Place as many QR codes throughout your location as you want to for easy customer reach!

Does the QR code change?

No. The QR code never changes. The only time a QR code will change is when you change "operating name" of your business in your profile. Just make sure to change QR codes when you change the operating name.

Application

I have six locations for my business. Can I use same QR code for all six locations?

No. Every location is a separate account and requires a separate subscription.

How many responses can I receive?

Unlimited. There are no restrictions on how many responses you get.

How do I get notified for negative reviews?

You are instantly notified for negative reviews with your choice of delivery. We have the following three options:

1. Email

2. SMS

3. WhatsApp

Is there a limit on Email, WhatsApp & SMS notifications?

Email is completely free.

First 250 notifications on SMS & Whatsapp are free.

When you're over 250 notifications, we charge 5 cents a message.

Do I get updates for the app?

Sure! Automatic updates are available free of charge to all our users.

Support

Do I need to pay extra for Support?

No. Email support is included free for all plans. We try our best to reply ASAP but our expectations are 2-3 business days.

Premium Support is $30/month which includes Call/Chat support and response time of 1 business day.

Do you offer support if I need help?

Yes! High-quality customer support is extremely important for a quality product, that’s why we do our best to resolve any issues you may encounter.

All plans include email support with 2-3 business days response time.

What does premium support include?

We value our clients and you can always feel free to contact us for:

  • Installing and adjusting
  • bug fixing and troubleshooting
  • analysis of your use-cases and recommendations on use of the app
  • minor individual modifications of the interface and functions of the app (if possible to carry out)

Premium Support is $30/month.

What should I do if I need help with installation and adjusting?
